Winter Is Coming. To Kharkiv Too

Russian strikes deliberately destroy power plants, heating plants and boiler houses to leave civilians without electricity or warmth. We are acting before winter starts: Kharkiv is Nuremberg's partner city, and we equip social institutions, the so-called “points of invincibility” and our partner organisations with what keeps people alive in an emergency. Our teams travel to Kharkiv themselves and hand the goods over directly to partners on the ground. We work entirely on a voluntary basis: no salaries, no administrative costs, every euro donated goes into procurement and delivery.
